Thats like saying a dump truck will beat a Viper. You could never get 365hp out of a Honda Civic that is street legal. I have a 4.7 QC Dakota and I have actually raced a Saturn. He jumped out ahead because I didn't think we were racing and he was an old man, as soon as I stomped it I passed him in a second. At the next stoplight the old man tried again, this time I went and it wasnt even funny. Anything can beat a Saturn.
