Subject: Thunderform & Leather IP: Logged
Message: To anybody who has ordered a thunderform how long did it take for you to get it. I ordered mine two weeks ago today...I don't mean to sound impatient but I am...Also anybody order the leather and get it already...I ordered mine about a week and a half ago and well I get excited when I get a package...also anybody have any problems with the leather...Does it have the side panels in the club cab...

Message: Guys, sorry about the waiting... Its kinda out of my hands. I have put your order through. AND I have been told that they are processing...? wether that means shipping, or still being made, I dont know. It took them about 12 buisness days for me to recieve my kit once the order was placed. I was told that sometimes it takes longer if there are logo's or if they run short on a specific leather color.
As far as the MTX lots of people have recieved them already.
Again the products usually beat the tracking numbers...sorry, I know you shouldnt have to sacrifice service for price, so im doing my best to try to make up that service for you.

Message: That's all we ask Jonas. Any customer service oriented company should be able to give you the status of an order at any given time. Regardless if they're making $5 or $100 on the sale. "Order is being processed" is kinda vague in my book. Maybe Katzkin isn't as concerned about customer service as they initially let us to believe. Just hope I don't run into problems with the leather when it does get here.

Message: There will be no problems and if there is they are taken care of PROMPTLY! That I can assure you. The problem with the tracking is actually finding your kit, while it is still at the factory. Each kit is cut at one station, stitched at another, embroidered at another, padded at another, etc.... So your actual kit doesnt come together until is is compiled at the very end and put in one box and shipped off. Even then it takes UPS up to a few days to verify shipping and return the tracking numbers. Then Katzkin has to retrieve those and get them to me. The only problem with the tracking is that the group buys on both of these go directly through the companies and not through a retailer so its kinda hard to get someone to give customer service where they usually dont need it. Anyway.. Ill be your customer service and Ill let you know as soon as I do.

Message: Katzkin should have any shipping numbers right there in their shipping dept. It's not something UPS provides later. Whenever I ship something UPS I have the tracking number right then when UPS takes it. It takes a few hours for it to actually enter UPS' system, but then you can track it online on their website. So Katzkin should be able to give you the tracking number right away when it ships...not days later as they are telling you.
