 Subject: clicking celanoid- haywire electrical.

I had a truck with the wet carpet leak problems...solved them...but now i have a new one

there is a clicking sound (sporadic- no consitsency or reason) coming form the passangers side kick panel...sounds like a celanoid of some sort. My dome light goes on and off at any time as well. short term fix was pull the fuse but no radio or interior lights is killing me.....

any ideas?
